Terms of Service

Welcome to Fat Hack! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fat Hack website, application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Kirill Melkozerov, a sole proprietor based in Yerevan, Armenia, trading as Fat Hack ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Description of Service
Fat Hack is a data-driven service designed to provide personalized nutritional guidance, habit-building strategies, and progress tracking to assist users in their health goals. The Service uses the data you provide to generate recommendations and support. It includes food-photo analysis, estimated calories and macros, educational content, and an AI-assisted coach. Estimates and automated advice can be inaccurate; verify important information.
Your single payment buys 16 weeks (112 consecutive days) of access to food logging and nutrition estimates, AI-assisted coach chat, weight and step tracking, habit-building tasks, and the program’s educational materials. Human coaching, medical consultations, and lifetime access are not included. Any usage limits and the schedule for releasing course materials will be disclosed before purchase.
Before you pay, we will disclose your scheduled program start date. Your actual program start ("Program Start") is the later of that date and the date we make the included tools and initial course materials accessible to your account and notify you that access is ready. Paying early or receiving a login alone does not start the program. If we delay access, the full 112-day period starts when access is ready, not on the originally scheduled date.
Paid program access ends 112 days after Program Start, unless it ends earlier following a refund or lawful termination. Choosing not to log in, participate, or use the available features does not postpone Program Start or extend the access period. Any access beyond this period requires a separate offer; there is no automatic renewal.
2. CRITICAL HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Fat Hack is not a medical organization and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.
- Consult a Professional: Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before starting any new diet or fitness program.
- Not a Substitute for Medical Advice: The information provided by the Service should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received from the Service.
- No Guarantees: We make no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience. Results vary by individual and depend on many factors.
3. User Accounts & Waitlist
To use certain features of the Service, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old. Joining the waitlist is free and does not place an order or authorize a payment.
4. Payments and Refunds
The launch program is purchased with a single payment, not an automatically renewing subscription. The price, currency, taxes, included features, and access period will be shown before you pay. A purchase does not authorize recurring charges. Changes to prices do not change an order already placed.
When Paddle checkout is available, our order process will be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoices, purchase-related customer service, and refunds. Purchases through Paddle are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
You may cancel for a full refund before Program Start and until 14 calendar days after the later of your first payment and Program Start, even if you have used the program. See our Refund Policy for details. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, violating any laws or attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service or its underlying algorithms and models. Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to use, access another person’s account, or interfere with security.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fat Hack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain rights to the content you upload and grant us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy describes this processing, including third-party AI providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fat Hack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided as available; we do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular weight-loss result. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.

10. Termination and Disputes
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access for fraud, unlawful use, or serious breaches of these Terms. Refund and mandatory consumer rights are not automatically lost because access is suspended. Contact support to resolve a dispute. Armenian law governs these Terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where applicable.
